To manage your order, visit the order sign-in page and log in using your Order # and Email, or select “Sign in with email” at the bottom to quickly access your most recent order.

You can also click the profile icon in the top right, then go to Orders to select your order and view available options.

Make sure to use the same email address used at checkout.

After the one-hour window has passed, orders are processed quickly and can no longer be modified.

Shipping Address Update Rules

• You can update your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order
• Go to your order and click “Edit order”, then select “Edit shipping address”
• Enter your updated address and confirm the changes

Important:

• Address changes are only available before the order begins processing
• Once the 1-hour window has passed, the shipping address can no longer be modified
• We are unable to reroute packages once they have been processed or shipped
• Please double-check your address before submitting changes to avoid delivery issues
