There is no password to reset.

We use a secure, passwordless login system, so you don’t need to create or remember a password.

To access your account, enter your email address on the sign-in page, or choose Shop Pay if you have it set up. You’ll receive a one-time verification code by email or text, which you’ll use to sign in.

A few things to keep in mind:

• A new verification code is sent each time you sign in
• Codes expire after a short period for security
• If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder
• Make sure you’re using the same email address used at checkout
